The View Guarantee
A room sold as Kaaba view looks onto the Kaaba. A room sold as Haram view looks onto the Haram. A partial view counts as neither. If your room isn't the view you booked, we'll get the hotel to fix it or refund the difference to a standard room.
Confirmed or Refunded
You pay once, when you book. If either hotel can't confirm your room, you get a full refund. We start it the same day we find out.
Driver-at-the-Door
Your driver is waiting when you walk out of arrivals. If they aren't there within 30 minutes of you clearing customs, we send another car at our cost and refund the transfer. If you'd rather not wait, take a taxi, send us the receipt, and we cover it.
Change-of-Plans Promise
Tours are fully refundable up to 24 hours before they start. Transfers are fully refundable up to 7 days before you travel. One WhatsApp message or email is enough to cancel.
Questions pilgrims ask
Yes, flights aren't included, so you can use any airline. Choose the day you land in Jeddah as your arrival date. After you pay, send us your flight number at least 48 hours before you land, and your driver meets you at arrivals.
